How is a coaching session progress?

In general, coaching sessions last between 40 and 60 minutes. In the first 5-10 minutes of the session, speeches on the general situations take place. While the main session is between 30-40 minutes, the subject of the session is concluded in the last 5-10 minutes. We carry out different studies according to the dilemma that the client brings to the session.
